This type of muscle relaxation has been used for many decades to release stresses, tension and anxiety and people often underestimate the effect of muscle relaxation and releasing tensions in the body.

This type of muscle relaxation has been used for many decades to release stresses, tension and anxiety and people often underestimate the effect of muscle relaxation and releasing tensions in the body. Towards the end of the recording, there is reference to looking at ones and one self in a positive manner – asking for visualisation of how the listener would like to see themselves and about problems the listener would like the subconscious mind to resolve. This part of the recording is quite up lifting.

For those of you who are new to hypnosis and meditation and find it difficult to relax, muscle relaxation is a great place to start. Don’t worry if at first you can’t relax – it does take a little time and a little practice, so the more you do relaxation techniques the easier it will become and of course more effective.
